Find clarity with an outside thinking partner.
Your business is entering a new phase, and what used to work no longer does. Relationships with partners, key people or your team may be affecting your decisions. You carry a great deal of responsibility, with little space to reflect on what matters most.
We start with a real business challenge, explore the facts, concerns and assumptions, and examine how your leadership shapes your organization. Together, we identify a next step you are ready to take.

You delegate, yet the work keeps coming back to you. Managing up and coordinating across departments drain your energy. Some feedback feels difficult to give, and the approaches you know don’t always translate into practice.
We work with situations from your day-to-day leadership, exploring your role, expectations and habits. You try new conversations and actions, then bring what you learn back into our work together.

Coaching, confidentiality & boundaries +
Through listening, questions and feedback, coaching supports your own judgment. It does not make business or life decisions for you, and is not a substitute for psychological diagnosis or treatment. Organizational engagements are designed around real challenges, through workshops or ongoing coaching. Before we begin, we agree on goals, fees, confidentiality and the scope of our work. For organizational engagements, we also clarify what may be shared with the organization and what stays private in individual sessions.
